Does the Exocore queuing system raise concerns around latency?
Latency is generally not a big concern in staking designs because the only operation that happens close to real time is slashing, and there’s still a delay there to ensure the slashing condition was cryptographically verifiable. Every other staking operation (deposits, withdrawals, claims) generally occurs over epochs (not in real time).
