Slashing Prevention

The risk of slashing, due to double signing, can be prevented by safeguarding validator keys using secure enclaves / Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) or Multi-Party Computation (MPC)-based Distributed Validator Technology (DVT). Both of these approaches have different trade-offs, which should be explored as future work.
