rPOS Operations

The bootstrapping of the Exocore network via rPOS proceeds through the following steps:

  1. Client chain contracts are deployed on the initially supported L1 networks.

  2. Genesis validators register themselves within the client chain contracts.

  3. Stakers pre-stake their tokens with genesis validators via the client chain contracts.

  4. Genesis validators collaboratively initiate the Exocore network by referencing client chain contracts to determine the initial committee and their respective stakes.
