AVS Committee

For each of the AVS integrated with Exocore, there will be an AVS committee that is responsible for handling certain critical functionality for the integration to work. The AVS committee is a subset of restaked operators who opt in to that AVS. The purpose of the AVS committee is to verify off-chain tasks of the AVS, attest to the validity of the tasks, and submit claims with an aggregate signature with more than 2/3 of the total voting power to the Exocore network.
